We began our season of Lent with our Ash Wednesday liturgies which focused on CAFOD's Defend the Defenders campaign. Considering all the trees destroyed and burnt in the Amazon rain forests, it was fitting for us to receive ashes which were distributed by some of our Sixth Form students.
All our doors in school were blessed after our Epiphany Assembly led by our principal. This is a Polish tradition - the CMB - which stands for the traditional names of The Three Wise Men; Caspar, Melchior and Balthazar. It also stands for the Latin "Christus Mansionem Benedicat" or "Christ
We gathered to sing Christmas Carols for our families and then led 7 Carol Services for everyone in our school
Deacon Seamus led our Carol Services and the choir sang beautifully. We even had a Gospel song which got everyone clapping along! Brendan O'Hara (Year 7)

Throughout Advent Years 7-10 come to the Chapel in small groups for an Advent Liturgy which focuses on some of the Old Testament Characters who 'Wait in Joyful Hope' for the coming of the Saviour.

Recently Year 8 took part in their Think Days at Rosmini Centre focusing on our ‘Vocation’, our calling from God to be the people that he has created us to be. Here John Lee 8U describes his experience:
