The chaplains at Christ the King are continuing their mission of spreading God’s word and leading prayer during this challenging time.
Last week, many chaplains collaboratively sent in parts of a prayer to create a prayer for those closest to them. We hope that God will hear our prayers and we will soon gather as God’s loving community again. They hope that you will say this prayer with your family and that it will also help to remind us of all of those people who are helping us through these difficult times and those that need our support and prayers.
At school, the children of key workers have also been thinking about our Catholic lives. We created a giant art attack in the playground to symbolise hope and the children chose flowers to represent hope and new life.
